I bought this high quality fuser unit and after a month it broke. The copier showed the error E000004-0002. I sent a message to the seller about this. The seller said that the 220V heating element inside the fuser burned out and that it cost me $13. I told the seller that it would be fair to send me this 220V heating element for free as compensation because the fuser only worked for a month. The seller did not agree. Consequently, I paid $214 for something that only worked for a month. So, from my point of view, I absolutely do not recommend this seller. Plus, I received the fuser with a broken hinge. Quality：very bad
